Dissemination
PRCS
Media and Communication Department was established
in the year 2000.It looks after all the promotional,
image building and advocacy campaigns relative
to PRCS work. Moreover, It is involved in
the external and internal dissemination of
Humanitarian Values and Law & Fundamental
Principles programs at all levels. The department
has gone from strength to strength over the
last four years handling the PRCS Website
up gradation, development & production
of Documentary &TV Spots, publication
of a Quarterly Magazines & Annual Report. |

& Annual Report. Creating and increasing
awareness about the Red Cross Red Crescent
Movement and Pakistan Red Crescent Society
is the core function of this department
and this function is achieved in a variety
of ways. Developing relationship with both
print and electronic media, external and
partner humanitarian organizations, production
and distribution of dissemination material,
are all included in the activities undertaken
by this department. Some of the activities

New PRCS Dissemination Material Designed and Produced
Production of brochures, leaflets, posters , buntings displaying PRCS messages, history, background etc.
PRCS Quarterly news magazine reaching a cross section of public from government officials to UN Agencies to foreign embassies to the NGO s.
Regular coverage in the form of articles and programmes in print and electronic media.
PRCS Calendars and greeting cards. Greeting cards have also been used as a means of fund raising.
