Lahore blast & prcs rescue operation

Today  (Monday 8 March 2010, at about 8:35 hrs) a powerful suicide car bomb attack has rocked the eastern city of Lahore, killing 11 people and wounding  68 people. The Monday morning rush hour explosion left a large crater outside the Federal Investigation Agency, which houses the main police investigation offices.  

PRCS Punjab Branch immediately has alerted its First Aiders, Volunteers and Staff by mobilizing its ambulances to the place where first aid and emergency response is urgently required. The PRCS Volunteers from the same area ( model tow) without delay have reached and have started rescuing and shifting critical patients to the Govt. Hospital. In this operation PRCS drivers of ambulances also playing a substantial role.
